Popular vote? You apparently don’t understand how the presidential elections work. You can start by reading Article II, Section 1, Clause 3 of the United States Constitution.
And Clinton’s win and overbearing ways gave us the huge GOP conservative surge in 1994.
Clinton had to compromise. Bush’s 2nd term would have given the Dems anything they wanted.
