Yeah you can't try to impeach testimony in closing to the limit that Abbate just tried, but McAfee is just giving this dude rope -- at the beginning of Abbate's close, the judge said the relationship was made in evidence, the exchange of funds was made in evidence, the only question was the balance of the ledger, and that threw Abbate all the way off. And now Fani just told Abbate to get his shit straight.
