As Judge McAfee mulls whether to disqualify Fani Willis, prosecutors move to file an affidavit of Stanley Brody, a California winery employee.
Brody says he recalls Willis paying more than $400 in cash for a wine tasting in Napa Valley last year.
Brody’s affidavit, if admitted for consideration by Judge McAfee, could help corroborate Willis’s testimony that she tends to carry cash—and that she used cash to reimburse special prosecutor Nathan Wade for trips he booked on his credit card.
And if McAfee isn’t willing to admit the affidavit, prosecutors request that Brody be allowed to testify during the hearing scheduled for tomorrow, March 1, at 1 p.m
So ... some guy who works at a winery in California, and who hates Trump has decided to step up and make an unverifiable claim that Fani is a right-on woman and should be allowed to continue to persecute Trump? Is that what they’re going with?
As long as she has cash receipts...
And lets be real...when you're on vacation...everyone has money on them...in your shoe, your bra, your money belt.
So let's say....Wade gave her $500 that morning and he carried $500....This $00 thing means NOTHING.

does this also prove that fani ripped off money from her campaign funds?
Cash? When you STEAL cash, like from a campaign coffer, the BEST way to use it and rid yourself of it is to PAY IN CASH.
