Whatever the Judge’s decision...It will go through the Appeal Process, all the way to the GA SC, I’d imagine....

If he rules anything other than disqualified due to a conflict, then the Georgia State Bar Rules of Professionalism and Ethics can be tossed in the trash.
I’m still leaning toward McAfee doing the right thing due to the appearance of conflict.
