The Center Square) - The U.S. Coast Guard says it “will not enforce” a new California Air Resources Board regulation, citing “safety concerns.”
The Coast Guard and business organizations oppose CARB's requirement that commercial harbor craft install diesel particulate filters linked to a number of fires. CARB is an evil entity who wants to punish citizens and shutter every business possible. It’s full of Marxist radicals that act as NewScum’s brown shirts.
‘Seventeen states are suing the Environmental Protection Agency for giving an exemption to California alone to enact its own air standards that, by power of its market size, govern much of the rest of the country.”

CARB should be renamed “Negating All Zoomie Implements” or something similar because the acronym is more fitting.
If Governor Hair Grease gets his way then California will have no market share in engines.

funny thing about boats.
They are considered to be Homes.
You need a warrant to search them.
each of my boats had at least two guns.
The most scared cop I ever met pulled my boat over for outdated yearly sticker.
Now this was a 45 foot sail boat.
I gave him permission to come aboard and only him.
His partner was scared as well
He made some demands which I refused as they endangered my craft and could become a nautical hazard. He declined to force me to comply.
Wise decision, he drove a 19 foot Tupperware boat and I sailed a 45 footer, who knows the water better?
I showed him my papers, he wrote a fix it ticket and left.
The Coast Guard obviously doesn't have to obey any Kalifornia pollution laws.
Since when did any state think they can demand a federal agency to enforce their state rules, regulations or laws?
That’s one 18 wheeler size set of hangers between their legs.
