“Can you explain to me why John Cornyn is a better senator than Ted Cruz.”
Well, for starters, Cornyn had ENOUGH BRAINS to not take a commercial flight out of Texas when his voters were, literally, FREEZING to death.
But I’ll still vote for Cruz, as that’s a no-brainer.
So what did Cornyn do that week that lessened the extent or impact of the power outages? Cornyn is an open borders, Bush RINO, who will undermine President Trump every chance he gets.
Cruz has never been McConnel’s lap dog! That is all Cornyn has been. Since day one. I remember calling Cornyn’s re-election HQs when he ran for re-election the first time to have my name removed from a list of Cornyn supporters. And…I remember telling then he is EXACTLY what people were sick and tired of about POLITICIANS. I can’t stand the fool!!!!!

Trying to keep my closed off den above 60 deg (I will never have a house without a fireplace and they’d better keep the talk of getting rid of natural gas away from here) getting a glimpse of him looking like dog meat on line at the airport…
He was way behind trump in the last election. The vote was split. People stopped to vote against Cruz in the senate and for Trump in the general
I could give a sh*t where Cruz went during Ice Station Tejas. Was he supposed to deliver firewood for a photo-op? I’m a native Texan and he is head and shoulders above Cornyn and All-Red.
I think it is completely fine for him to take his family out of the state when the power grid failed.
I lived through that and he isn’t obligated to make his family suffer for the reactionary politics of faux conservatives.
I doubt Cornyn was even in the state.
Cruz is bashed and bashed and bashed when in point of fact he is the best conservative Senator the nation has.
