No way are those numbers correct:
Decision Desk HQ Missouri caucus results
They have 1,264 votes in all (Trump 89%) with only 4 counties in the entire state reporting. There will be tons more votes before it's over and Trump may stay around 90%, or at least 80%, but nothing like 98%.
