Voting requirements and restrictions are SUPPOSED TO BE DISCRIMINATORY. They are there to discriminate between those who are allowed to vote legally, and those who are not. Without them we are not a sovereign nation. Garland has zero idea what justice, or social justice, actually are. He’s an ideological idiot.
Still will not work because Biden won not from votes but from ballots illegally filled out and counted after the polls closed.
I have voted in every election since 1960.
I have ALWAYS presented ID.
People need ID for a wide range of things-—many NOT NEARLY AS IMPORTANT AS VOTING.

We are a Representative Republic, and by the Constitution, so are the states. People vote for and elect state legislators. Legislators vote for and pass election laws, including voter ID. SCOTUS upholds voter ID laws. The unelected agents of the DoJ, including the AG, try to interfere with and cancel laws passed by the state legislatures.
Who’s the biggest threat to our democracy (representative republic)?

No person shall be required to provide any greater means of Identification to Any Government employee then that is necessary to Register to Vote or Vote in an election.

Yup, you got me there. The fraud wasn’t in the voting booth, but in the counting. Not sure how to get that one solved. 100% transparency with open video monitoring at all times?
