God made all plants...he also made brains and common sense and expects us to use them. So grandma might need some for pain relief. It doesn’t follow that grandma needing to smoke it means that the all the rest of us should be smoking it. Freedom is one thing, the morality and religion that undergird our liberty, per G. Washington, safe guard our freedoms when we use our liberties responsibly. That doesn’t mean you are necessarily free or have a moral right to get a buzz on in the sight of God. Grandma in terminal pain...maybe!

Any serious look at weed shows it is not a benign product and there is little empirical evidence of it’s medicinal qualities. It’s got a loud stoner lobby and sympathetic press that has propagandized it into a mythical cure all, to the detriment of society.
