I’ve read that during the rule of the Duvaliers’ Father Son succession , 90% or greater of the population was impoverished, illiterate, malnourished and constantly ill with preventable diseases of poverty. Yet have things measurably improved for Haitians since they left office?
Didn’t the Clinton foundation gather a gigantic amount of World donations for Haiti after that terrible earthquake? Did those funds have any lasting good effect for the people there?

Have the trillions in foreign aid to Africa done any good? All it’s done is double the population of poor, uneducated, malnourished people.
