Perhaps the US government should fund more secure prisons for Haiti and El Salvador to control the gang problem better.
El Salvador has apparently fixed their problem. Now they have one of the lowest murder rates in the world.
Haiti? The skyrocketing murder rate is just getting started. I suspect any prisoners caught they will export to our southern border. We will be happy to give them "asylum", free room and board in a 4 star hotel and a monthly paycheck just for showing up.
Look for the murder and rape ratee in the USA to skyrocket after our new guests get bored.
