Despite the opinion of anyone else, and this opinion today, President Trump was never convicted of insurrection. He was never charged, approved for trial by a grand jury, tried by a jury of his peers, and given full due process.

It made as much sense to bar him for murder. He hadn’t been convicted of that either.

Ditto for Congressman Santos (R-NY). He was not convicted of anything, yet RINO TRAITORS sided with the Democrats to get him kicked out and have the seat taken by a Democrat.

I was telling my wife that analogy earlier. Akin to accusing someone of murder with no evidence, not brought in for a trial, no jail, no conviction, but an unhinged liberal mob hanging the accused innocent guy anyway.
