Any jury from DC to NYC would be loaded with democrats who would be eager to convict Trump before they took their seats. No, he could never get a fair trial from these hacks.

That being the case (and I believe it to be true myself), if it is true that Trump cannot receive a fair trial in DC because the jury pool is so tainted, does the law not specifically state that this means any trial would therefore be a mistrial, meaning all charges have to be summarily dismissed?
Or in any blue city.

No partisan Republican can get fair trial in DC!
An no partisan Democrat can get conviction in DC!
See all the convictions of Manafort and others as well as the Jan 6 people, while Democrats guilty were let go (see the lawyer who lied to change the doc so they investigate Trump.
Or all the BLM people who burnt the church and other places.
And both Clinton and Biden were not prosecuted, because the prosecutors realized they could not ever get conviction in DC.
97% of the US State Dept. voted for HRC, and 95% of the US DOJ voted for HRC.
Trump is not being judged by a jury of his peers. No MAGA J6 HOSTAGE can ever expect to get a fair trial in DC.
