If Hogan has any sense, he’ll run for Senate in Maryland. If he wins, we’ll get someone who caucuses with us who will vote with us about 50% of the time. Which is about as good as we can do in Maryland.
Hogan says he’s going for Maryland Senate. But he doesn’t like Trump so will most likely side with RINOs and DemocRATS.
