1) When the Trump administration relaxed CMS regs in March of 2020 allowing residential care facilities the ability to refuse to take residents with CoupFlu back after a hospital stay, why did Cuomo order them sent back in May.
2)And did the Cuomo admin threaten nursing homes to get them to comply, which almost all did.
