Trump could be pardoned by Biden before he takes office. Admittedly, that’s a far-fetched scenario, but Biden is old-fashioned enough to put the country ahead of his own bitter feelings after a loss.
There’s also the possibility that Trump could take the oath of office and then pardon himself. The president’s power to pardon is nearly unlimited and there would be nothing to stop Trump from making the left’s heads go into orbit by issuing himself a pardon.
He’s immune.
If he’s not, we could find a 90% Republican county and indict Biden for failing to defend the border which is a violation of his oath of office and an insurrection act.
There is no way he is going to prison.
The Secret Service would have to be with him 24/7 and they would have to empty the prison of all the other inmates.

There is a good chance that Jack Smith was not legally appointed as special prosecutor ending that witch hunt. The New York fraud case will not stand an appeal as there was no fraud in any of Trump’s businesses. People are seeing that all of these legal cases were purely political.
Just imagine if the Biden regime
1) - throws Trump in prison for being a Hitler
2) - cheats like crazy
3) - outspends him 6-1
4) - uses the fake news to brainwash and gaslight the people
5) - weaponizes a corrupt DOJ against all Trump supporters

Though I have to admit, I grin at the following scenario. If he remained in prison, imagine if other foreign leaders wanted an audience with the president. But you'll still need to go through the full body cavity search."
Imho, to jail a sitting president is treason and constitutes an insurrection.
