Megyn Kelly Says Fani Willis May Have Committed Perjury: ‘We Have the Texts’
Daily Fetched ^ | March 5, 2024 | Jason Walsh

Posted on 03/05/2024 9:44:39 AM PST by Red Badger

Former Fox News host Megyn Kelly said Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis could face perjury charges following her testimony about her relationship with fellow Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade.

Kelly discussed the possible penalties Willis could face if she is found to have committed perjury.

“We’ve gotten our hands on the texts [between Ashleigh Merchant and Terrence Bradley], the admissions by Nathan Wade’s friend and former lawyer that they did not want you to see,” Kelly began.

“This morning, we’ll dissect the mind-blowing hearing in Fulton County that took place Tuesday afternoon and bring you exclusive information about this case.”

“As I told you yesterday, that hearing could blow up one of the four criminal cases against former President Trump,” Kelly began.

“At the heart of it all: A man named Terrence Bradley. He’s the one-time law partner, divorce attorney, and friend of special prosecutor Nathan Wade,” Kelly said.

“He did not want to be there yesterday. And he made that abundantly clear… As he obfuscated… and did a whole lot of… not recalling things… It was downright uncomfortable. I believe he lied repeatedly. That’s my opinion about his faulty memory,” Kelly added.

“Now if you’re reading CNN today… they’ll tell you, ‘A Georgia lawyer who had been billed as a star witness in the effort to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis did not deliver damaging testimony Tuesday on her romantic relationship with prosecutor Nathan Wade.'” Kelly continued.

“Oh CNN…Dumb or dishonest? Take your pick…So sit back and listen as we do the hard work for them and more importantly for you because when you dig into what was said, what wasn’t said, and take a look the evidence, a lot more was revealed than you would’ve caught on CNN. Key to this story are the texts Mr. Bradley and defense Attorney Ashleigh Merchant exchanged over several months…,” the host said.

“Texts that prove Terrance Bradley told attorney Merchant… counsel for the defendant Michael Roman… that Fani Willis and Nathan Wade’s affair began prior to Willis hiring him to prosecute Trump,” she said.

“Something both Willis and Wade denied under oath. Nathan Wade was paid hundreds of thousands of dollars of taxpayer money by Ms. Willis… as he wined and dined her… and took her on lavish vacations around the world.”

“But when Mr. Bradley took the stand… under oath… he seemingly forgot it all!…The man might want to check with the doctor because he’s clearly having some early onset dementia,” she said.

“Suddenly he decided all the information he’d provided to Ashleigh Merchant was just… what’s the word… speculation…As you just heard,” Kelly added.

“Nathan Wade was in that courtroom yesterday… as his one-time friend and law partner testified. Wade had tried to stop it from happening at all, but the Judge ruled the testimony must go forward and Bradley had to testify about the Wade-Willis romance and what Bradley knew about it,” the host said.

“Now I want you to keep all of what you just heard in mind as The Megyn Kelly Show brings you this next bit of information courtesy of our first guest, Phil Holloway…Phil got his hands on some of the actual texts between Ashleigh Merchant and Terrence Bradley and is sharing them with us exclusively. In one exchange about Fani Willis and Nathan Wade’s relationship, Ashleigh Merchant says,” she said before reading the texts.

“Like… just date, don’t hire him.”

Merchant: “Do you think it started before she hired him?”

Terrence writes back: “Absolutely. It started when she left the DA’s office and was judge in South Fulton.

…she became a judge in 2019…”

Ashleigh thumbs up on that one.

And Terrence also says: “They met at the Municipal Court CLE conference.”

Ashleigh responds… “That’s what I figured. When he was married.”

Just days before the filing seeking to disqualify them both from this case against Trump, Ashleigh Merchant texts Terrence: “Is this accurate?

Willis and Wade met while both were serving as Magistrate Judges and began a romantic relationship at that time.”

Terrance responds: “No Municipal Court.”

Ashleigh says: “Thank you.”

They both texted about the legal filing before Terrence directed her to add him into a footnote about the amount of money he made from the DA’s office.

Ashleigh responded to him: “I took you out. I can add that back! Good point.”

Terrence: “Yes add it back.”

Ashleigh: “Anything else? Anything that isn’t accurate?”

Terrence: “Looks good.”

Ashleigh hearts that.

Ashleigh then asks him: “How do you think they will respond? I’m trying to anticipate.”

“What’s more… the court camera did not appear to pick up something very interesting… but Fox News’ did. Terrence Bradley appears to mutter “oh dang” to himself when presented with potentially damning texts about the Willis-Wade relationship timeline,” the host said.

“It’s also important to note that it appears someone in the Wade-Willis sphere may have gotten to Terrence Bradley before he testified.”

“What else explains the 180…? Perhaps even threatening him if he spilled the beans on what he knows. There have been suggestions that someone may be a man named Gabe Banks. Mr. Banks is reportedly a friend of Nathan Wade,” Kelly added.

“Bradley admits they spoke to one other. And Banks previously told the Judge in this case that he was concerned that Bradley might be “emotional” and violating attorney-client privilege….By the way Gabe Banks’ wife is the chief-of-staff to Fani Willis… you can’t make it up…,” she said.

“These two lied on the stand and need to be disqualified and potentially disbarred and they will be lucky if they are not brought up on felony charges, which requires a fine and or jail time in Georgia.”

“The Georgia State Senate is going to have its hands full and so is an independent special prosecutor who needs to be brought in to look into these two,” Kelly said.

“We do need a special prosecutor not against Trump, against Willis and wait to figure out whether to previously respected officers of the court took the stand and lied under oath under oath about material facts. That’s what will make it perjury. These are material facts…,” she said.

They had thousands of text exchanged while they dated. Where are all those?

Fani will say a bootie call isn’t a relationship. Some nonsense like that.

It’s clear she and Wade lied. They just think they have the black immunity.

Not only did she commit perjury, but an ADA in her office has offered written testimony that Willis was overheard advising Terrence Bradley not to talk to anyone about her affair with Wade, and telling him that "you don't need to talk to anyone" about that subject, or any subject, pertaining to the affair between Willis and Wade.

That's witness tampering. By a law enforcement officer, and an Agent of the Court.

Fani is:

1) black
2) female
3) democrat

If anyone thinks anything is going to happen to her is ripe to buy my oceanfront property in Phoenix.

Can you imagine the fear YOU would feel as a white conservative being in a court run by either of those two lowlifes?

I thought the Senate established back in 1999, when it acquitted Bill Clinton, that it’s OK to commit perjury if it’s about a sexual affair...at least if you are a Democrat.

She “might” have committed perjury in the same sense Earth “might” be bigger than a tennis ball.

That was something that Bradley corrected Merchant in the texts. Willis was not a magistrate judge, she was a municipal judge.

Anyone know the background on why Bradley was communicating with Merchant and so eager, it seems, to implicate his former “client” and partner? Seems like he was openly communicating with Merchant, being truthful, and willing to help Merchant, et al.’s case. Am so curious as to what his true motivation was.
