You sure got me there! The US is the same as Iran to you._______ And the Ukrainians are not stealing the vast sums off our aid to them, that you imagine. But I know this is a firm tenant in the Ron Paul Isolationist Faith.

Iraq war #2 — Dumb — Only Saddam Hussein could control these Muslim crazies
Afghanistan meals on wheels war —Dumb
Ukraine war to stop Russia -— Not Dumb to help Ukraine

You warned of perpetual attempts of wider escalation out of Iran?

You warned upon freeing up $26billion to a parliament chanting death to America that it would result in war?

Not on this earth.

The US isn’t in control anymore!

Iran is seeking wider escalation on an hourly basis to no avail.

Erdogan et al just decided hmmm we’re not going to get involved after all. With the US def not in charge that is an incredible coincidence.

I pimp obvious reality, if I bothered to extrapolate even a teeny bit you’d be lost until next year.

That happens to include that Al Jazeera is trash, yet you post articles from it more than anyone else.

The MIC eggheads apparently never wargamed peer-to-peer - just battles with sandal guys.

And they even did THAT wrong.

Did you mean “aren’t” in the second sentence?

On this thread you are. “Aren’t” most definitely applies overall since anyone with a functioning brain knows how right you are.

I just checked the real time maritime traffic map, and both the Suez Canal and the Red Sea are still getting plenty of traffic.

“The MIC eggheads apparently never wargamed peer-to-peer - just battles with sandal guys.”

Clown scum Putin & his clown military never war gamed against peer to peer Ukraine. Plus that US and Europe would be helping Ukraine.

The vodka swillers only fought against Afghani sandal guys and very small Georgia. Population 3,688,647 (1 January 2022) Plus psycho killer Putin had the FSB kill 300 Russians by bombing their apartment buildings. To justify his war against Chechnya. Population 1 million in year 2000.

What do you care since you like Putin and Russian empire building.

‘Capable of anything’: How the ‘99 apartment bombings explain Putin’s rise and regime-—— Putin killed 300+ Russians.

There is “no serious doubt that Putin came to power as the result of an act of terror against his own people,” says David Satter, who has investigated the apartment bombings perhaps more thoroughly than any other Western journalist. “Someone capable of such a crime is capable of anything,” Satter told Yahoo News in a telephone conversation from Paris. “And the proper attitude towards him is deterrence, not partnership.”

In the wake of the horrifying bombings, Russia rallied around Putin. Using the bombings as a pretext, Putin launched a second Chechen war, which would turn out to be longer and more brutal than the first.

In an op-ed published in the New York Times the following fall titled “Why We Must Act,” Putin asked American readers to envision a terrorist attack in Washington or New York: “hundreds perish in explosions at the Watergate, or at an apartment complex on Manhattan’s West Side.” He described the decision to send troops back to Chechnya as one he’d made “reluctantly.”

A likely Yemen Houthi attack hits a ship, causing the first ‘fatalities’ in the assaults on shipping

https://apnews.com/article/yemen-houthi-attacks-us-israel-palestinians-gaza-89c5440d9943216a787b39912bd969e0

Two U.S. officials, also speaking on condition of anonymity as they didn’t have authorization to speak publicly, acknowledged the attack caused “fatalities,” without elaborating.

A U.S. warship and the Indian navy were on the scene, trying to assist in rescue efforts, the official said.

The UKMTO on Wednesday night acknowledged the ship had been abandoned by its crew and was no longer under command.

The Houthis didn’t immediately claim the attack, though it typically takes several hours for them to acknowledge an assault.

Imagine what Iran or China could do with no navy to speak of (let’s pretend the Chicom subs don’t exist)."

It's worse than that. Did you never hear the story of a war sim under Obama versus the Norks?

The general playing the Norks went all-in at zero hour, and overran Seoul, overran Yongsan, overran Humphreys, overran Tango (!), crippled PACLFT on station for 500 miles, and immediately warned the US any retaliation by US would prompt a nuclear response.

The general running the sim ordered a full restart.
