Fanny let loose a whirlwind when she waved files in the air and called the Merchants liars.

Actually, if I understood what Ashleigh Merchant said today in front of the GA Senate Committee, Fani's rant in which she called opposing counsel liars was more proof, before the court even, that she is not impartial when it comes to this case.

She demonstrated (during her rant) IN THE COURTROOM IN FRONT OF THE JUDGE that she is prejudiced against the defendants and even prejudiced against defense counsel.

At the very least, Fani has shown that she is guilty of prosecutorial misconduct by:

• Bringing criminal charges in bad faith (for example, to punish a political rival, or to retaliate against someone).
• Making statements to the media that prejudice the jury pool.
• Failing to turn over exculpatory evidence (for example, her own phone record and texts between her and Wade and perhaps even her own financial records).
• Knowingly presenting false witness testimony or other false evidence to a court (including Fani's own denials of when the affair started and her trip to the White House with Wade).
• Making improper statements in front of the jury – for example, expressing a personal opinion about the guilt of a defendant or the credibility of testimony

Fanny is in deep doo doo.
