This is a clear case of a hardened MILITARY MAN trying to save his country from HAMAS AND Biden
a) punishes the Saudis and withdraws support for the war against the Houthis: results are obvious now;
b) withdraws US support and completely abandons Afghanistan, resulting in a debacle;
c) publicly wrings its hands about the growing Russian forces on Ukraine's borders but does nothing to expedite arms shipments and offers Zelensky a ride out, showing that they were willing to write-off the whole country;
d) drops sanctions and transfers billions in frozen assets to Iran in exchange for absolutely nothing. Iran arms Hamas and the awful Oct 7 attack is the result;
The "Biden" junta's path of destruction through US foreign policy can only be compared to the Democratic Party's debacles surrounding the fall of Saigon through the Carter Administration.

Just letting you know, I’m stealing that line.
Israel will learn to live without the USA, because the USA is going away.
A serious arms embargo on Israel will have unintended consequences. As a last resort, there’s the Samson Option, but Israel also has tactical nukes and so-called neutron bombs, and also plenty of their own conventional weaponry that could be far more ruthlessly used without the traditional US bullying.
WaPo WANTS this. Not just “reporting” it.
Israel will be the next ally to fall into the democrat trap of "bait and switch diplomacy".
