There are two types of rating sites. Both are good because they are based on a politician’s actual voting record.

There are sites that are abbreviated and focus on key issues like the debt, border security, 2A, etc.

1. Conservative Review’s Liberty Score: https://libertyscore.conservativereview.com

Other sites are more comprehensive and offer a lifetime voting score.

1. The New American Freedom Index: https://thenewamerican.com

2. CPAC’s Center for Legislative Accountability: http://ratings.conservative.org

3. Heritage Action: https://heritageaction.com

I prefer the abbreviated sites because they focus on key issues that I care about. Any politician can have an overall good score and be weak on the most important issues (John McCain for example).

Here are the scores for Jim Banks (R-IN):

Conservative Review’s Liberty Score: https://libertyscore.conservativereview.com/jim-banks

The New American Freedom Index: https://thenewamerican.com/freedom-index/legislator/b001299/

CPAC: http://ratings.conservative.org/people/B001299

Heritage Action: https://heritageaction.com/scorecard/members/B001299/118

You listed issues you called key and there was nothing there about Drain the Swamp. These people with political careers and Swamp filth. They are to be viewed as deserving contempt.

They drove the debt up to $36T at election day. Why should incumbents have any advantage, especially when they have staff who can organize manipulation of such scores.

The primary requirement is a desire to end political careers.
