Request a stay pending appeal all the way up to the USSC. NYS's law I believe is unconstitutional.

Based on this skank’s conduct, I would be worried that even if I won on appeal, she would not return the funds.
All I know is that Trump does not seem the least bit concerned about this. Plus, with the Truth Social deal fully approved, he’s now worth an additional $4+ Billion.
