It’s total bullshit. He did not obstruct anyone. They were packed up and cleared by National Archives personnel as he was moving out. They were unceremoniously piled up in the White House driveway. He moved them to Mar-a-Lago. The FBI freaked out that he had the entire declassified Russia-gate docs that the CIA and FBI colluded to frame him and to task 5-eyes with “bumps” on all his campaign associates.
He had the documents legally and within the law, and none were classified. He is not CHARGED with any classified document violations. He is charges with a very different law under the Espionage Act with having “defense information”. That is ridiculously broad.

But nonetheless, the FBI and Biden incited National Archives to demand the “classified documents” back. Trump invited them to Mar-a-Lago and showed them the boxes he had. F-Troop saw some stamped “classified”. That of course does not mean they were classified, it means at one time in the past they were. The stamps do not magically disappear when he declassified them.
He was in full cooperation and negotiation with National Archives WELL within the framework of the Presidential Records Act.
