The only mitigating factor is he is relatively close to her in age. If he were 17 I might think it’s just a relationship, but at 20 he knows she’s too young a kid at 15.At 15 she can't drive, can't get laid, can't vote but she CAN change her gender {without her parent's knowledge or consent}.

AT 15 she can have sex with another teen under 18. If she gets pregnant, she has a right to get an abortion, but she can't get married. Yes, that's 'effed up.
