He did not hesitate.
Nobody in charge took any useful action.
You got that right. It doesn’t take a SWAT team. It takes only one man with a gun and guts. I can’t believe some moron conducted a his own “investigation” and wrote a bogus report declaring that the Uvalde law enforcement observers did nothing wrong by refusing to bring the massacre to an end and did their job by just standing by and observing the incident.
