Children will always be nasty and bully other children, the same way that adults will do the same to other adults.
Legislation won’t change it. Education won’t change it.
The blood of this child is on the hands of every single parent, health care person, school official, legislator, media person who advocates and supports this cruel abomination inflicted on children.
