A copy of the lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, can be read here:
Cheating is not acceptable in any NCAA sport except when it involves mentally ill, delusional “men”, sick b@stards that they are.
I think Title IX is in general a bad law but if these women can use it to beat off these trannies, I’m all for it.
It’s about time.
Good. This all could have been so simple. They could have said, “yes, sex is different from gender, but men’s and women’s sports are predicated on sex, not gender, for obvious reasons of physical construction of the male vs female bodies.”
Done and done.
About time
In the meantime they should all refuse to compete when a dude is involved.......that would stop it dead initially tracks
I don't see how women's sports survive this whole "transgender" charade.
1. If the fake women win, real women will inevitably stop competing.
2. If the real women win, then the applications of Title IX to scholastic sports will be consigned to the dustbin of history when gender-segregated sports are determined to be as illegal as race-segregated bathrooms and buses.
Great, it was time to do things seriously; Now if these people are confused about their gender, someone should organize sports competitions just for them (it would be comical if they competed in drag queen outfits)
“For most Plaintiffs, the realization that the NCAA was not dedicated to equal opportunity for women came during the 2021-22 women’s swimming season.”
The hurdle they are going to have to get over is the determention that males who decide themselves females, which has never been settled how, that are being recognized based upon the proclaiming by the male and determined by the federal government as a part of the first amendment, is all the NCAA has to work with.
According to the IOC, They will not discriminate against an athlete who has qualified through their IF, on the basis of their gender identity and/or sex characteristics. And they stopped doing lab testing on anything in 1999. So they and the NCAA will have to go on the basis of what they are told to do from the feds. The IOC is not a US company.
So you’ve got the higher level of competition not separating them, or the US government either. And the NCAA is stuck in the middle. This lawsuit is not aimed at the proper people as the US government has set a precedence for rule within the country by adding to the first amendment. The competitors should have sued them.
