Fate of Fani Willis Has Been Decided (23 page ruling)

Judgement Day has finally arrived for Fani Willis.

Judge Scott McAfee, who presided over the Fulton County district attorney's disqualification proceedings, has ruled that Willis must step away from the Trump prosecution or cut ties with special prosecutor Nathan Wade, the private-practice attorney she hired to prosecute former President Donald Trump and with whom she had an undisclosed affair.

Advertisement According to the 23-page ruling, McAfee ordered, "[W]ere the case allowed to proceed unchanged, the prima facie concerns raised by the Defendants would persist. As the District Attorney testified, her relationship with Wade has only 'cemented' after these motions and 'is stronger than ever.' Wade’s patently unpersuasive explanation for the inaccurate interrogatories he submitted in his pending divorce indicates a willingness on his part to wrongly conceal his relationship with the District Attorney."

"As the case moves forward, reasonable members of the public could easily be left to wonder whether the financial exchanges have continued resulting in some form of benefit to the District Attorney, or even whether the romantic relationship has resumed."

"Put differently, an outsider could reasonably think that the District Attorney is not exercising her independent professional judgment totally free of any compromising influences. As long as Wade remains on the case, this unnecessary perception will persist," Merchant continued.

“But the good news is that every ounce of lawfare these communists use against us normals just infuriates and motivates our voters.”

************

Motivating our voters often means keeping the same weak and feckless people in office. Republican voters by and large don’t seem to want real fighters so voting in more of the same is usually results in no change.

Most of the GOP is clueless and has no idea what they are up against. Even those who do have no will to fight the Dems.

Fani will face other actions by the GA Bar and GA government.

Her smart play is to remove herself from the case and continue going on lavish vacations with her hounddog, Nate. He’ll still be getting paid $250 per hour per his contract.

Willis and Wade seem to be facing big legal problems of their own making.

The State of Georgia can only criminally try a criminal charge once so it needs people that can give the case proper attention.

A win, win in her book. She now has an excuse to get rid of the incompetent boyfriend who is more proficient at grifting a paycheck than he is at drafting pleadings which have been quashed for insufficiency while she gets more face time with her political prosecution.

A 23 page ruling to say nothing more than “blm threatened riots, so fani can stay”?

No amount of words can hide what the real reason for the judgement came about!

That’s my thought, too. It’s all up to Kamala and Obama. Notice their silence through all this.

I have not read the report but reports are she get slammed for her conduct in it. Think at the end she will lose her law license.

Wasn’t it established that she STOLE MONEY to go on lavish vacations with her lover?

Alan Dershowitz predicted this exact outcome yesterday on Meghan Kelly’s show - the cowardly, chicken - s*** judge would not remove Fat Fani from the case.

This judge will lose badly to his black, Marxist challenger in the next election.

“no will to fight the Dems”

Fighting Democrats on issues near and dear to their voters is only likely to gain votes for Democrats.

Republicans need to fight for things near and dear to us and other middle-class people.

I favor fighting for middle-class real property tax and income tax caps in both the state and federal constitutions. We need a ‘wall’ around what is ours. Legal walls are cheaper than concrete and steel walls.

It is often said that the darkest hour is just before dawn. Evil people are becoming more & more brazen - cowards abound. I can only hope the backlash is imminent.

How much are the American people going to be asked to tolerate?

I remember back in the Clinton days, a t-shirt was made stating
“Perjury is legal”. Apropo 30 years later.

Agreed. His judgement will leave no one a desire to go out and vote for him.

He is going to lose his next election no matter his ruling - the county is heavily democrat and majority black.

He did, however, prevent the burning of his home and death threats against his little children - which he may have already received.

Perjury is enough to get a Republican attorney disbarred, not so much for Democrats . . .
