Being tainted is a badge of honor in some states. What is obvious disqualifying corruption to us is a sign of political feistiness to others. Liberals want to win by any means. Nothing is out of bounds if it benefits them.
That’s where we are as a country today. The Left rewards malfeasance and the right refuses to punish it.

Most of the people I know and have known are “the right”... and they have no problem punishing “malfeasance”. It’s usually those on the left and those only pretending to be on ‘the right’ that have that issue.
