The states decide the electoral votes, not the congress. All they do is tabulate the electoral votes that has already been done probably a hundred times. They have no say in the votes or the individual state’s winner. It is a formality, not an action. So if it is already decided, how can anyone change it?

Visit any VFW post in NC and you will find major, if not total, support for MAGA and Trump. (count me as one) I know of a near-by county with large numbers of veterans, many retired, and the elected county commissioners are all Trump-types - 100%
