I was specifically referring to the number and race of Black murderers.
60% (or more) of Black murders are not prosecuted.
That means the number of Black murderers reported by the FBI is at least 50% under-reported.
Only 20% of white murders are not prosecuted.
That means the number of white murderers reported by the FBI has been hugely enhanced compared to Black murderers.
Finally, hundreds of USA Hispanics, North Africans, and Middle East Muslims, are murdered each year by ethnics who identify as white.
Once again, the number of white murderers - and racial intent - have been falsely exaggerated by the FBI.
The number of white murderers per 100,000 in the USA is very close to the same number in Europe.
The USA rate is slightly higher, because we have universal access to guns.

Not true. In almost every case, they know the race of the offender. They also report data where the race of the offender is unknown, and show what it looks like if those cases drop out.
For example, the FBI for white victims: 3,299 victims total, with 2,594 killed by whites, 566 killed by blacks, all the rest “other or unknown”. For black victims: 2,906 victims total, with 2574 killed by blacks, 246 killed by whites, all the rest other or unknown. So 88% of blacks, at a minimum, were killed by blacks. The unknown numbers would barely raise it if they all proved to be black. For whites, at a minimum, 78% were killed by whites. The unknowns and others are only 4%, so one doesn’t get much difference.
So...at least 88% of blacks were killed by blacks, and at least 78% of whites were killed by whites. Roughly 8-9% of blacks were killed by whites and 17% of whites were killed by blacks.
Where the numbers get difficult is in Hispanics. They often do not know if the offender was a “White Hispanic” or a “Black Hispanic”. They do know at least 738 of the “whites killing whites” were “White Hispanics” killing whites.
