I just voted for Trump in Florida. There were two people in line ahead of me. I expect a light turnout statewide, not only because Trump already has the nomination locked up, but because the Republican Presidential contest is literally the only thing on the ballot. The state of Florida has a second primary later in the year for all other races.
My neighbor is a ballot distributor today in our precinct and said the turnout has been good. I think that’s because early voting had to be done here in another precinct which we did. We took our son to vote early because he couldn’t drive due to a medical procedure he had. He’s fine and is working the polls today in his precinct. I can’t wait to see if he was busy there too.
