That statement should concern everyone, mostly Israel. Hamas exists for one purpose, and one only, remove all Jews from the face of the earth.
There is a YouTube channel, ‘What’s Going On With Shipping’ that has a couple of videos regarding the logistics of the pier. From them I gather that there has to be a great deal done on the beach to accommodate the pier and whatever cargo comes off of it. If there are no American ‘boots on the ground’ the work will be done by Gazans (Hamas).
I was only pointing out that Hamas apparently has both the money and materials that it could have built a pier there any time it wanted to rather than all the tunnels.
Doesn't concern the administration much. Joe wants to preserve the leadership more than Qatar
