She's not! She's an arrogant black racist woman with a huge chip on her shoulder. The judge has allowed her to proceed but with a new prosecutor. Her lover-prosecutor has already stepped down. Unless another court or the state of GA intervene, there's nothing to stop her from her continued prosecution of Trump.
There is the appeal which will not give her a favorable county judge, she is screwed and dems know it.
