It was defamation. It was bullying. He would not let it go. The main Clinton slanderer of all Clinton’s many rape accusers calling Trump a rapist on Sunday morning talk.

Yes, I’ve seen the interview. I think he was intentionally walking that fine line, by citing the judge’s finding and using that wording. If he’d gone outside the boundary of that phrasing, Trump would have a case.
