The gunfire all around my neighborhood won't even result in a police dispatch anymore. Chopping stolen cars at a given street address and a patrol car will stop near the property and then leave, never even looking. They are GPS tracked to dispatched calls, so just being close for 30 seconds is all they desire.

Cops won't even enforce traffic laws in Memphis. The hood rats drive with no tags, no insurance, blow right around you to go thru red lights, weed smoke billowing out the windows, broken lights, missing body panels, and nothing. The fun part though is as soon as they cross over the county lines into Arkansas, Mississippi, or Tipton County, and it's a whole different ballgame. Then they cry racism.
