You also have to decide how you’re going to fight. Run headlong into a cannon, or be smart about it.

Interview audio

https://wabcradio.com/episode/donald-j-trump-45th-president-of-the-united-states-03-19-24/

Discussion about abortion begins 7:50.

Trump repeats his stance, which hasn't changed, there should be a limit and there should be exceptions

11:00 Trump repeats all the legal scholars on boths sides agree it's a state's issue, it shouldn't be a federal issue

Sounds like he will state what he thinks should occur nationally, but leave it up to the states on what they should do about abortion.

Why is murder a Federal crime? You have events occurring on Federal land, murder for hire (Crossing State lines), and maritime navigation to deal with for starters. God doesn't care about someone running headlong into a cannon but He does get angry over hypocrites and lukewarm individuals (Regurgitates them out).

Trump wants 15 weeks?
Its a bit tougher in France where it’s 14 weeks.

My advice to Trump would be to stay away from the issue. It won't win any votes, as the pro-abortion crowd will vote for Biden or whomever the Democrats choose. It will lessen the enthusiasm among evangelicals and traditional Catholics.

You’re stupid. What shall it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his own soul? (Mark 8:36)

Congress had 50 years to do something like that and never did.

This is why I’m having a hard time choosing whether or not to vote for Trump again. I live in Texas. The only abortion allowed here is in case the mother’s life is in danger. I’m happy with that.

He’s not discussing anything of the kind.

Why anyone would care if I got an abortion is what I don't get.

Because murdering innocents is abhorrent and pure evil.

[Thread article] “Everybody agrees — you’ve heard this for years — all the legal scholars on both sides agree: It’s a state issue. It shouldn’t be a federal issue, it’s a state issue,” he said.

His stance still seems to be negotiate and get something most people can agree with.

Beware journalists and editors attempting to push their narratives.

We already lost, look at our debt and banking issues no one wants to fix such as open market operations gone to hades, reserve requirements hovering around zero percent, the interest on reserve balances lol, central banks liquidity swap rackets with other countries that screw over the citizen, expired policy tools, etc... Trump has no plans to stop or even fix the situation, in fact wants to double down on massive spending programs.

If anything moving towards respecting God's creation might cause some miracle to happen, but in your zeal of "winning" and thinking the financial elements will heal at the expense of hypocrisy towards life is the actual losing issue. Abortion on demand and that mindset is the biggest hindrance of a healthy society.

15 weeks?! Don’t you people understand?

They can not wait to kill babies! The baby must die now, not in 15 weeks!

Leftists can’t wait that long to kill babies!

Why can't he just say SCOTUS ruled it is a matter for the states and leave it at that?

Exactly!

Trump needs to talk about, "Illegal immigration, Biden's economy, illegal immigration, Biden's economy, illegal immigration, Biden's economy..." And nothing else.

Now that the primaries are over, he'll be given a pass on his Covid mishandling (only because the Democrats mishandled it even worse).

The Democrats are handing him the same playbook that he won with in 2016, except now immigration and the economy is in even worse shape after four years of Biden.

He has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to gain from trying to work out an abortion "compromise."

The "100% no abortion ever for any reason" people are already voting for him. The "Abortion any time for any reason" people will never vote for him.

There is no compromise that will make the far extremes on both sides happy and the majority of the Americans who are in the middle on the issue are satisfied leaving it up to the states.

DO NOT TALK ABOUT ABORTION ON THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL! DROP IT!
