The stock market might begin trending down if gas prices are rising and so is unemployment rate rising. Environmental extremism and anti business left is hurting Democrat party and immigration/border security is hurting Democrats. Reagan did win a big landslide in 1984, but Bush lost 1992 because Reagan’s coattails got burned up by the Savings and Loan crisis, stock market crash and recession in 1990. It didn’t take much to beat Walter Mondale, a insider career politician., who was Jimmy Carter’s vice president at a time when Democrats were arguing that 9% was “full employment” any anything less than an 8% unemployment rate would cause runaway inflation. This is what birthed the Laffer Curve, ie the idea that there is a point of diminishing returns on tax rates, and how Reagan broke stagflation by lowering taxes and deregulation——which allowed markets to work bringing down prices.
NAFTA was not a free trade agreement but was created as a beginning of an American UNION with Mexico and Canada——-to compete with the emerging new European Union. Trump needs to hammer home the idea that Biden is a corrupt globalist who goes along with open borders as part of the new American Union they have formed without telling us or getting our consent. A free trade agreement with the EU is what made sense in 1991, not NAFTA. Illegals are coming in from Canada, too—not just Mexico.
Many dems had that same laid-back attitude to the 2022 election as if they knew something we didn’t. And a non-campaigning Biden made it more creepy. Later we knew. It was rigged and they knew it.

All the polling shows that Trump has retain 97% of his supporters from 2020.
Biden on the other hand has lost about 20% of his support from 2020, and 1/2 of those that have abandoned him have gone to Trump.
This is a rematch election, Who do you think is in more Trouble? Trump? Who’s held onto almost all of his support, and gained about 10% of Bidens... or Biden, who’s lost nearly 1 in 5 supporters? This is has been consistent in nearly every poll that has asked these questions for MONTHS.
Now, lets add in the fact that 3rd parties are back on the ballots, particularly in swing states, that weren’t there in 2020... The Green Party, etc are all back again after sitting out 2020...
2020 few tens of thousands of votes, in a handful of states , were the difference... so WHO do you think is in a worse position?
I know this is the DNC talking point, but Simply remind them BIDEN could barely get 80% of the vote in MICHIGAN, a state he must win, and he was running uncontested... or at least had NO ONE that anyone had ever heard of on the ballot against him.
Trump is ahead, and has been ahead in the national polling for 6 or more months now... He’s ahead in every swing state as well... Trump never had a national polling lead or a swing state polling lead in 2016 or 2020.
So, the DNC can keep parroting this talking point, but they know its not true.
