The “squatter” phenomena seems to happen when homes are vacant for a while. What keeps them from moving in after you go to work in the morning? Leave the house at 7:30 am and come home at 6 pm to find people living in YOUR house.
“911 what’s your emergency”
“Strange people moved into my house when I was at work today.”
“Sorry, there’s nothing we can do. They have every right to be there. I suggest you go to the County Courthouse and file Form 873B(c)132 in triplicate and see what happens in six months. Whatever you do, do not harass them or we will dispatch the Sheriff to arrest YOU.” Click.
There might be a huge business opportunity for “Vigilantes R Us.”
I wonder if TIIC are aware that they are creating the perfect conditions to see vigilantism rates skyrocket.
Matt Walsh did a thing on this today. Apparently that is a strategy. Legally lease the place to someone who will help you and then have THEM move in on the squatters. Squat the squatters.

So burglary is legal now?
If you’re not home, you sure didn’t invite squatter’s in!
9-11 what is your emergency?
Some people moved into my house when I was at work. I came home from work and now they’re dead. Do you want to come get them or should I wait until trash collection day?
Couldn’t you go to court and get a restraining order against these vagrants? As long as you have the proof it’s your house, why isn’t that enough serve an eviction notice and get the sheriff to kick them out? If the bank wanted them out, they sure would.
