What are Easter eggs?

I mean, I know what they ARE. They are regular eggs that little kids paint at school or parents might paint to hide them around the yard for their little kids to find.

But we are talking about regular eggs here, correct?

Nobody buys Easter eggs. You make them from regular eggs, which pretty much everybody has already in their house.

The UK has a tradition of chocolate easter eggs. From the small, like a Cadbury’s Cream Egg, to bigger chocolate eggs that are hollow with treats inside. They don’t paint normal eggs like we do here.
