Unless there was a reasonable fear of physical harm a headlock might have been a bit overboard. But ejection...and charges connected to disobeying a flight crew order would certainly be in order.
IIRC disobeying a flight crew order is a Federal crime.

“Headlock” in the title is a bit of an overstatement. The passenger grabbed the piece of filth by the back of the neck and pulled to get him to move forward. So it was less of a headlock and more of a technique to get him moving.
Of course the scum’s personal injury lawyer will probably see it differently.
