He was seen on a few cameras along the street and on a policeman’s body cam. He was VERY intoxicated. He fell once and slammed his head into a streetlight pole. He got up but that head bang certainly didn’t help matters.

He passed at least one group of people but no one asked if he needed help.

Where his bank card was found along the riverbank, there’s a LOT of trash. When the card was found, my first thought was that he tripped over something there and fell into the river.

What I was referring to is, they didn’t say he was wearing pants.
Not that uncommon in the high risk homosexual crime community, if you know what I mean.

Someone who went to my college in the midwest died after drinking heavily at a bar. It was snowing hard and very cold. He left the bar with a short pilsner glass in his front pants pocket. He tripped on a guy cable, glass broke, cut his femoral artery and he expired right there in the snow. Terrible.

I’d say the only reason they mentioned the shirt is because it was one of the main identifiers they’d been using. That and his height. When the barge worker spotted the body floating, he knew it was Riley because of the shirt.

I might be wrong but I feel it was just a horrible accident. We just have to wait to hear what the medical examiner finds.

You were right, he was in the river. Noe the only question remains is what it accidental or was he assisted into the river?

Did one of Mitch McConnell’s in-laws offer him a ride home?
