Can’t prove a negative actually.
I have seen no official disclosure that shows the campaign has that much cash on hand.
And if a campaign had that much available it would be huge news.
So if you have access to some super secret information, good for you, but all official disclosures show that.
I approve of the idea, but the problem is where have Leticia’s, crimes, if any, been committed? Why in New York. The same state that elected her and whose jury happily agreed that Trump’s borrowing of money which he repaid constituted a crime against the state to the tune of a half billion dollars.
When the dust settles, Trump needs to go after her for deprivation of civil rights under color of law, using both 42 U.S. Code § 1983 and 18 U.S.C. § 242 (the criminal sibling of the civil remedy) via his Attorney General. Her life should be destroyed to the same level that she is attempting to destroy Trumps. If the Libs want lawfare, give them lawfair, then legislate an end to this crap.
Trump can go after her from a federal court in Florida under a "diversity of citizenship" filing, which gives the court jurisdiction over a New Yorker since Trump is a Florida resident.
Official legally required disclosures for campaigns are available online.
So are the fevered dreams of folks.

The evil “judge” Engoron declared Trump guilty of a “crime” at the start of the proceedings, even though there was no victim and no crime.
It’s hard to see younger generations not see, not understand and not care.. Too busy with the world.
If God looked for a man to come and stand for us in the unjust government we now have.. Someone who we would recognize as different and a ‘boat’.
And that man would be hated by all who were a part of the planned destruction. A man who could stand even when everything came at him.. A man whose heart was more for the people than for himself. God didn’t ask for perfection.. He asked for a willing heart..
None of those in government have to go home to what they have laid on citizens.. They smugly rant on Trump.. I dont know another man who would volunteer for this.

I have 4 sons. One was the son who had qualities and a drive to achieve. He believed if he worked hard, he could have his dream.. Which was in music. One night they.. His band.. heard a music producer on their ham radio and he invited them to NY. They thought they had hit pay dirt. I thought it could be a red herring to get him off where he should be.
The ptoducer had the power to stop his career, and did.
4 years later, refusing to be owned by the producer, he left NY..
To jump ahead, my son was having serious health issues. The anger he had from the career lost, was harmful. God did not give him what he had worked so hard for.
I went to prayer and turned it over to God. Within a month he was in the hospital diagnosed with leukemia. God could heal him. But God did not.
One night, God visited my son. Took him to heaven. Where he saw hid dad.. My mother. And many more. He talked to them.. And he came back a changed man. Nothing compared to what he saw.
This mom went thru the one nightmare I did not want to ever happen. I and his wife, stood beside him singing hymns he used to play on the piano and we prayed.. He knew where he was going and no fear.
God is good.. He cares.. And I am trusting God today to not let the ones controlled by satan have this country.

Apparently, it was Travis_in_Flint who got it wrong (in his Tweet) by ASSUMING the judge knew this amount from legally-required disclosures:

Trump stated he had this much cash on-hand and intended to use a “substantial amount” (how much is that?) of it for his campaign. This could also take the form of a loan to his campaign which his campaign pays him back. I think this is how he can have half-a-billion dollars cash and NOT report it in a campaign disclosure. It’s his own money, and not donations.
But how did the judge know? Probably because Trump was forced to disclose everything about his personal finances in the investigation and discovery.
What seems to be correct is that the judge specified an amount intended to criple his campaign based on what the judge knew.
That’s if what Trump posted on his social media platform is true because what his lawyers are telling the court is totally different, which has legal consequences.

Not really.
If a small business owner has six figures in the bank it does not mean that money is not essential to pay bills or run operations.
Cash on hand is simply that. Most wealthy people, even more wealthy than Trump, do not keep that much cash on hand. And there is a reason to do so. It is done with a purpose. It’s not just in case I get the urge to run out and buy something worth half a billion dollars. It’s not MAD money.
So, if this cash on hand has designated purposes and obligations, those purposes and obligations will not be met if the money gets handed over as a bond while this fiasco plays out in court.
