I approve of the idea, but the problem is where have Leticia’s, crimes, if any, been committed? Why in New York. The same state that elected her and whose jury happily agreed that Trump’s borrowing of money which he repaid constituted a crime against the state to the tune of a half billion dollars.
When the dust settles, Trump needs to go after her for deprivation of civil rights under color of law, using both 42 U.S. Code § 1983 and 18 U.S.C. § 242 (the criminal sibling of the civil remedy) via his Attorney General. Her life should be destroyed to the same level that she is attempting to destroy Trumps. If the Libs want lawfare, give them lawfair, then legislate an end to this crap.
Trump can go after her from a federal court in Florida under a "diversity of citizenship" filing, which gives the court jurisdiction over a New Yorker since Trump is a Florida resident.
