It most likely was done by Ukie terrorists with US permission although I’m sure we’ll try and blame it on “Russian opposition to Putin”.
This is an extremely dangerous game and we have put ourselves in a position to be connected to Ukrainian terrorist attacks on Russia
Why would the US endorse such an act when they are complaining to Ukraine about attacking oil refineries because that might upset Putin?
