We must recognize that the Department of Homeland Security, through the Patriot Act, bypassed the Amendment forbidding illegal search two decades ago and the other agencies took that as a go-ahead - so ALL of us here on Free Republic being patriotic Constitutionalists revering God-given freedoms are "Enemies of the State" to the totally Democrat Party culture dominating the bureaucracy making up our Federal government and all it's Beltway tentacles.

I so love this site and many of it's contributors but worry should the bastards actually move to shut it down...like I worry they'll make a "Black Swan" excuse to shut down the election should Trump's votes become too overwhelming to cover with rigged machines and falsified mail-ins.

But hey; a "Wild Bunch" quick retirement scenario taking a lot of them along isn't off my table. Sure beats lingering.

I never had watched the tv series Bull until recently. Old show had them investigate the jurors and mentioned “I want every post,every email,every phone call on their cell, every search they made on Google, every topic they searched on other search engines and everything they bought with a credit card or debit card.”
“Should I be asking you where we get this information.”
“No. We just get it.”

Back when the first edition of The Puzzle Palace: Inside the National Security Agency by James Bamfield came out (1982) and before the later book by that author The Shadow Factory: The NSA from 9/11 to the Eavesdropping on America (2008) we were shocked to know the NSA was recording our phone conversations.
