It stands until it reaches appeal....then it will be gone. The circus will be closed for a while and bananas will be half price.
She's not wrong. The full judgement has been deferred until all appeals have been exhausted, but they still stand legally.
Hopefully the entire thing gets tossed on appeal, and then we can all crow at Letitia.
