Years ago, the Dersh (a lifelong Demwit and lawyer) had a whole book out in which he claimed that the way to destroy the Axis of Evil was through the legal process, serving papers, arrest warrants, and the like. It's all really about regurg'ing DNC talking points in support of their single party state, oops, I mean "durable majority".
