There’s always ‘The Final Solution’ and I’d call it just that after 200+ years of failure. Export all young women to countries that have French speaking people. Those left behind can ‘wither on the vine’. Heard it somewhere. It would take 20 years. The DR can have it while we use it for a work farm/penal colony. Pay 3rd world wages like those who work on the cruise ships.
