They won’t ,the people of Wisconsin are just dumb. They have now got Biden ahead in the Presidential poll. How stupid could possibly be?
I live here. We aren’t all dumb. We are just saddled with Milwaukee and Madison. The rest of the state is quite conservative. And this amendment will do nothing. They will still cheat the vote. Republicans are just too stupid to realize democrats don’t care about he rule of law. Their voters are largely stupid, and do what the power structure tells them. Madison has an incredible turnout machine. And if you are a ‘registered’ voter, someone turns in a ballot for you.
